MILFORD LAKE EXTREME
    The Race
It's back! Co-Ed teams of 3 or 4 will face the lake, the woods, hills and the trails again--expect some surprises
on a totally new course. All male or female teams can register/race and receive official rankings, but not
official prizes. Plenty of mountain biking (single track, ORV, dirt/gravel/pavement and bushwacking if you
want), trail running/trekking, orienteering (UTM), kayaking/canoeing and ropes (rappel, ascend and/or
traverse). The 50-60 miles of terrain and water will prove to be formidable. Expect an early start (headlamp
required). Top teams will finish around 8 hrs and most will be out there 10-12 hrs. You will get dirty, bruised
and exhausted while having more fun than anyone else in Kansas on race day.

    Registration
Registration will close after the 1st 60 racers are registered.
$300 per 4 person team, $255 per 3 person team
